They studied 131 students for four years, and they found that the average student gained 12 pounds during that time. This can be due to the sleep patterns and unhealthy food habits.

You Stress Too Much

You Follow the Wrong Diet
Your diet should be healthy and balanced, and you need to adopt a healthy lifestyle too. That will help you to get the results you need and help you to lose excess weight too.
Crash diets are not a good idea as the results are only temporary and in many cases it is not healthy at all. You are only depriving your body of essential vitamins and nutrients that it needs and you will also slow down your metabolism.
