Cindy Landolt, otherwise known as the Swiss Superwoman is a personal trainer and fitness model who has amassed a hoard of online fans, who all admire her shredded figure.
After starting out in gymnastics at an early age, her interest in sports led to her passion for bodybuilding to grow.
In 2001, at the age of 16, Cindy had become too tall and muscular for gymnastics. However this was to her advantage, when she turned to weight lifting instead.
She decided she would like to make a name for herself within the fitness industry, and subsequently enrolled at the Swiss Academy of Fitness and Sport, where she spent 3 years before graduating with her diploma.
After graduation she started to make plans for her own business, with her own fitness club opening in Zurich in 2016, thanks to her personal training sessions and growing online fame.
While her entire body is something to be truly proud of, her abs are what made her famous. Yet you wont find many sit-ups in her training routine, she focusses on squats and deadlifts to strengthen her core.

Training can only take you so far, so to ensure she sees maximum results her diet is also on-point.
She eats a clean diet right through the year, but does allow the occasional cheat meal once a week.
Her diet is full of lean protein, green vegetables, complex carbs and healthy fat.
There is no doubt that Cindy Landolt has been destined to succeed from an early age, her drive and motivation has taken her training to another level that many will never achieve.
