  1. I think the most shocking statistic is the number who take out gym memberships but then never use them. What a waste of money. And no wonder there is an obesity crisis.

    • Gym membership, for the vast majority of people, will not be tax deductible. I would recommend speaking to an accountant or a financial advisor to verify. 🙂

    • Research [1] has found that the average gym fee in the UK is £32 a month. Obviously, this will vary depending on your location, but London is the most expensive.
