      I would recommend supplementing with Creatine too for best results.

      • Thanks for your answer, i’ve seen sellers saying that it could increase creatine synthesis but without any study or proof of it, that’s why i asked, i had my doubts. Anyway Glycine is interesting for other things than being a part of creatine molecule, it’s interesting for collagen synthesis, against methionine excess and other things.
